Dan Della Penna

After completing University and starting a family, Dan joined the performing arts playing "Gigi" in the Italiese Festival's production, "Sogna Dora" where his comedic timing and brief Second City experience was put to the test as the entire performance was delivered in Abruzzese - an Italian dialect largely unfamiliar to him. The challenge proved to be worth the effort as the production was an unbridled success for all involved, including its patrons. Dan has been involved in various theatrical, commercial and short film projects throughout Toronto and the U.S. A love for sketch comedy brought him to perform the lead and various characters in The English Bread and Mortadella Show including a spin-off of the popular reality show, The Apprentice where he portrayed a "sketchy" and slightly dishonest candidate.
